Customer support with Mailchimp is comprehensive and easy using their chat feature. I had an issue connecting my Shopify store and my assistant Marz was supremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. Even when we got disconnected, by simply typing their name into the chat I was immediately reconnected and didn't have to explain my issue again to another agent. While it took some time, Marz stuck with me the whole time, and made the process less confusing. Won't hesitate to reach out for support in the future.
Good app, simple to use, and great support. We had problems with our embedded form not updating customers' tags, Sher from their support team was very resourceful and helped us resolved the issue
David is helpful, we weren't able to fix my issue but he said he would escalate it further.
Dean, was very helpful in solving our problem in bot traffic.
Works well. A few minor sync bugs, but otherwise excellent. J

I'm still learning about the app as a new user, but so far pretty intuitive and easy to use app. Would love to have more flexibility and options with the email creation, but once I learn more maybe i will discover more features.
Also, I have received very good support and help from Cyrus whilst having an issue with Shopify connection.
I've been using this app and it's very easy to navigate but I had issues with the integration of the app and my online store but i had a very good experience with customer support (Sher). I'm hoping for smooth workflow from here on in.

Excellent customer service, we are too small to use mailchimp but they have always been super helpful.
Rhedd helped me today, fast help and good , clear answers. Now I am going to try his advice :-)
