I had an excellent experience with the Mailchimp app support team through Shopify. David went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a syncing error that had been causing issues. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the problem until we found a solution. His expertise and guidance made the entire process much less stressful.

What really stood out was that David also took the time to ask for my feedback and whether there were any updates or improvements I'd like to see in the app. That showed me the team genuinely cares about listening to customers and continuously improving the user experience.

When our chat was unexpectedly disconnected, Mary quickly stepped in and reconnected us so we could continue without missing a beat. I really appreciated the seamless support and teamwork.

Thank you, David and Mary, for the outstanding customer service. It's reassuring to know there's such a dedicated team behind the Mailchimp app that truly values its customers and is committed to making the experience even better.

Not only a crucial app for newsletters and automations increasing sales but excellent customer support too. I just finished a chat with one of them named DEAN; extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient too. I definitely recommend.

SEPH was very kind and helpful. She explained the issue clearly and helped me understand the best way to set it up.

However, it is inconvenient that customer tags added in Mailchimp do not sync back to Shopify. Please take note of this for future improvement.
