So far i´ve been having a great experience with them! Deff worth it! Amazon team don´t really know what they are doing half the time lol so when i contacted their support they really didn´t know how to help but marketplace connect has been there for me since day one helping me out and troubleshooting everything. Joy V was outstanding in helping resolve some basic issues! We are more than happy to have made the switch to Markeplace Connect. We have used several different "connectors" and system over the past three years and they all have their positives and negative, at the end of the day you have to pick what you are willing to overlook. But the customer service here has been above and beyond any of the other systems we have used!

The only app I will use! But it needs to have its chatbox much bigger because its currently hard to scroll without running thru the entire conversation which is very annoying as ive said this over and over since last year! other than that great appp and awesome staff!!
