Every now and then we come up with a problem we can't fix ourselves. The Shopify support team are always proactive on this occasion Mark.M listened, set up a call, walked through the process and solved the problem. Thank you for helping, highly recommended.
Terrible support. This is unacceptable for $400 a month. This happens every day, the variants will disappear for hours for one person on the team but not everyone. Then they reappear. They refuse to fix the issue and said to use a different app!

the app works great, and if you encounter something not set up properly, support is always extremely fantastic and prompt
I was a bit confused during the set up so reached out to support, after a couple of emails the issue was quickly resolved, thanks Rain! The app is great as the mapping features make this app very versatile for my purposes.
Mariel was amazing, she helped me with issues i was having with syncing to ebay, she worked though it with me and now all is good.

I believe Marketplace Connect is mainly suited for simple products. We operate in a niche market for pet supplements, and the app fails to map this category correctly to the Amazon API. Some fields in the app allow for free-form text, whereas the official Amazon API requires a dropdown menu with fixed variables. This causes a constant error from Amazon whenever you fill in those fields, making it impossible to link products and list them on the platform. The app/API integration is incomplete and subpar. Not worth more than 1 star.
Love the app when it works right. If it wasn't for Joy.V from customer service I was about to get rid of because of problems but now we are good to go !!! Thanks again Joy
La app non è facile da configurare, soggetta a molteplici errori di importazione:
- mancano le spese di spedizione o vengono impostate automaticamente su gratis
- inserendo il prodotto su shopify non viene importata la foto
- nonostante abbiamo inserito il codice SKU i prodotti se non si sta attenti vengono duplicati (con lo stesso SKU)
- il supporto dell'AI sembra inizialmente buono ma poi ti rendi conto che in realtà gli mancano un sacco di informazioni e che magari ragiona su versioni non aggiornate della app.
