After working with many apps for years on Shopify for marketplaces, I can award this app for the MOST RELAXED ONE ever! For real, you know we have been fufilling the orders from our side on Shopify, then as we are cancelled/suspended due to NOT SHIPPING ORDERS.
Thanks to these guys as they say "SLOW API OF WALMART" has not been retrieving our tracking numbers to Walmart, it is really funny when they are the ONLY APP THAT HAS THIS ISSUE!
Anyways, I don't recommend this app. It is cheap though with all the marketplaces etc, I wouldn't call the app worst one, but they're not on the brighest side either.
UPDATE: After 3 weeks of asking for the fix of the order syncing, they are still telling us their "developers" are working on the problem. They, again, tell us that there is still a complexity of the Walmart API.
We've been told that our problem is "high priority", but as we understand from this 3 weeks is not that long a time.
Also we asked their log to send Walmart/submit a ticket, because we've been told before the problem is "slow Walmart API", yet this request not answered yet.

I have used codisto to sync two separate websites to ebay and it works really well and is very quick as long as all the products on the shopify back end are ready to go (title, description, SKU and image). Since using codisto I have very rarely oversold anything and when I have it's been because my existing point of sale hasn't updated shopify in time.

Here we go again, couldnt understand why my sales on Amazon had dropped massively only to find that my variations on the products werent listing even though the app said there were no errors. I cant imagine how many £1000s i have lost , as always they have told me its Amazon to blame 16/11/2020. Our best selling item is no longer listing properly on amazon, Codisto have now said it must be my fault or Amazon (usual excuse) as they cant get it to work either , What is the point of this software please tell me!!!!!! 29/03/2019
Again more problems on Amazon. today was a catastrophic failure of Codisto with most of my listings either having no price, wrong price, wrong photo or wrong description, this error seems to have coincided with a new update today . I was told 7 hours ago it was fixed and it wasnt and now i cant get any replies. I now have an Amazon business that has totally wrong data on most of my listings I am always shocked how fast i must reply to my customers but how slowly shopify app developers reply to questions, i really think that to sell apps on shopify they should guarantee a reply time of atleast 1 or 2 hours , or better still they should have a live chat works great with ebay but so many problems with listings on Amazon , constant errors that cant really be explained properly. If it worked on amazon as well as ebay i would give it a 5 and therefore really isnt worth the money they are charging

Thank you for your review. Apologies that you have experienced delays in support responses. We do offer live chat when agents are available and generally our support time is very prompt (as evidenced by many positive reviews about the quality and speed of our support). However, we acknowledge that at times, due to volume, responses can be slower than desired. The app has been a huge success and we are actively training new support staff to meet the growing demand. We apologise again and thank you for your patience at times in responding to support queries.
Amazon can sometimes be challenging if Shopify data doesn't match the structure that Amazon require. Codisto already contains many automated elements that solve problems listing on Amazon (unknown by many users). Whilst merchants will still be required to provide and amend data in certain cases, we are continuing to improve the product to automate as many Amazon requirements as possible.

It took me just a bit to get my bearings, but once I did, I was really impressed with codisto's channel cloud. Works great. Also had really great interactions with their support team. Definitely would recommend.

the app has some restrictions with item specifics and compared to other optimisation software. however, the main issue i have had is, i recently had items listed on ebay but I wanted to modify the products in Shopify and add other variations. So i ended the eBay listings, made the modifications and tried to list the products again as new. however they don't list, they is some digital footprint that's blocking them from listing. i have modified hundreds of items so this is not just 1 or 2 products. After over 2 weeks of codisto looking into this, the resolution they have said, i need to change the spelling of the variation "Colour" so its spelt wrong and also change the SKU's (which is not an option as these control the stock levels from my suppliers)
This ridiculous fix has taken over 2 weeks, i generally get i message per day, and even if i reply immediately I generally don't get a response for 24 hours
