The amazing customer support makes this app the best we have used! We tried out a few different ones that are similar and they do not compare. Very easy to set up and use. Has a TON of features! Only thing missing is the Esty channel, but they said they are working on it!! We can't wait!! Love this company! Other reviews say it's complicated with all the features, but after testing out other apps, this is really easy to use! Once you set up all of the fields listing is really quick! We have items that have multiple variants and that is not an issue for Codisto. Take your time with the initial setup and after that everything is a breeze. :)

I am new to Shopify Marketplace Connect. My experiences have been great! I have had the best support team helping me at anytime. I expecially want to thank, LOVELY, the person I was chatting with tonight. Not only did Lovely help me troubleshoot and resolve my issues, but Lovely also motivated me and energized me to continue pursuing my dreams of achieving success with my online hoodie business. The great thing about Lovely that I recognize is that Lovely is great with her job in supporting people. I think that it will be better if Lovely was in a higher position to teach and spread to many others. It wouldn't be good to just have Lovely continue in this one position helping individuals...when Lovely can pass along what Lovely...it must be multiplied and spread to others that I have no doubt Lovely can do. Although I would love to get support from Lovely all the time...I am not so selfish to keep Lovely to myself...Lovely must spread Lovely Ways to others...so that everyone that contacts Shopify Marketplace Connect will have the same lovely Lovely experience that I had tonight. Please include my review in Lovely's file records so that when it comes time for a performance reveiw and promotion, my review is the first thing you will see!!!

This app really helped solve the problem of the manual nightmare of uploading across my eCommerce channels. It was especially helpful in regards to Amazon and getting all of my products up at once. The support team is available 24/7 and super helpful. There's nothing they won't help with. I met the founder at Amazon Accelerate and they assurred me I would have a good experience and I did!!! Great company.

I need to urgently address the appalling experience we've had with Shopify Marketplace Connect. If we could rate it with negative stars, we would, given the severe and persistent issues we've faced for over 60 days. Despite sending pictures as requested and reaching out for crucial support, the app has proven to be a travesty for any business owner relying on it.

Adding to our frustration, when Amazon.com sought a conversation with a developer from Shopify Marketplace Connect to address our concerns, the support team failed to facilitate this essential dialogue.

This starkly contrasts with our experience with Amazon support, which has been more proactive and willing to escalate our issue to their development team. The lack of progress in resolving this critical problem, despite having over 25 feedback emails detailing our support chat conversations, is nothing short of a business owner's nightmare. Listing our products on Amazon.com remains an unmet challenge, and Shopify Marketplace Connect has become more of a hindrance than an asset.

We're not seeking a plea; we demand an immediate fix. The current state of Shopify Marketplace Connect is unacceptable for any business owner relying on its functionality. Please allow us to post attachments and emails to illustrate the urgency and severity of the problem.

Great app, it makes an otherwise long job very fast. Really efficient customer service, they fixed my wrong configuration very quickly.

I had a few bumps getting started with this app but I must say the patience and diligence of the support staff is excellent. With them in AU and me in the US it does take some understanding on the part of the user. I stuck with them and now have a super relationship with the app being exactly what I needed. I have been working in excel files for awhile and the layout and functionality here is super. This app allows me to do anything I need individually or as a bulk editor. Making changes and/or creating new listings is a snap.

I am a firm believer that when paying for a solution it should give results and performance and not problems. This is exactly what they have done.

If you are looking for a "Solution" to manage listings from Shopify this is an affordable and robust app that does the job. Remember there is a learning curve for any new app you may select.
