Customer service is great! Did a good job of explaining things and then when I asked to schedule a call to talk through some issues, they scheduled one for the next day. They were also VERY helpful on the call.

So far i´ve been having a great experience with them! Deff worth it! Amazon team don´t really know what they are doing half the time lol so when i contacted their support they really didn´t know how to help but marketplace connect has been there for me since day one helping me out and troubleshooting everything. Shopify Marketplace Connect enabled us to import our eBay and Walmart marketplace orders into our Shopify store. Setup was easy and straightforward. The only app I will use! But it needs to have its chatbox much bigger because its currently hard to scroll without running thru the entire conversation which is very annoying as ive said this over and over since last year! other than that great appp and awesome staff!!

Joy V. was such a breath of fresh air. The issue I created by trying to upload all my products at the same time on a new account was not apparent to me at the time. Joy V. took a very compassionate approach to letting me know what happened and why I would have to wait five days until Amazon lifted the ban on future uploads from our account. We were not aware of this restriction until now. However, we have learned and can move forward. It was such a joy to have Joy V. lead us down the right path that included the proper classifications for all our product lines. I cannot recommend Joy V. or the support team any higher than the 5 stars...however, we sure would like to.
