Marsello: Omnichannel Loyalty

We linked Marsello to our online and physical stores with a loyalty program and automated email marketing, making it easy for us to communicate with customers regularly and to offer them rewards that keep them coming back. With the recent COVID-19 developments, we have been able to direct our customers to our online stores and keep them updated with any changes. Marsello is an essential tool for the Bulo Shoes business.

I've been trying to set-up my loyalty program for weeks only to find myself uninstalling the first 4 apps due to the complicated layout. Luckily, I came across this app with great customer support who immediately replies to your queries.

Here are some of the things I like about the app:
* User friendly - I was able to instal and launch my website on the same day
* Automatic discount codes - I was shocked to know that it is available for free
* Multiple discounts: free gift, free shipping, money off, percentage off

The app is relatively new but it is definitely worth the try. I look forward to more amazing updates! :)

GREAT app...loyalty works on both my POS and my e-commerce site. Support is SUPER FAST and very quick to resolve any issue. Kat and Tash...the BEST!

Hello, nice job ! but it will be cool to use this product only with POS with a "vip card member for exemple, for a specific type of customers add like permanent advantages for any purchases.

The best loyalty app I've used. Best customer service I have had with fast responses 99% of the time. Always releasing new features like abandoned cart recovery with some cool features that will be sure to win customers back to your site time and time again.
