Marsello is great and really helped us out a lot! We got so many of our customers back after time away!

I use the Marsello App to help create a VIP program. It is very easy to install. It does take time to customize your program and the emails, however Marsello has A LOT of ideas, tips and instructions on how to do this. If you can not understand or the issue you have is not mentioned- their customer service is very friendly and timely to respond with a solution.

This is one of the best apps i have used, there customer service reply's quick and give you useful information, i have learned to do thing with my website thanks to them and the tools they gave me. i wish more apps were this helpful.

Easy setup, great app. Pricing is very reasonable if you want to pay. But the free plan is great for those just starting out

Marsello has a really interesting combination of features, with its email and loyalty combination allowing us to really hone in different segments.
