Regarding the speed concerns you mentioned, our team investigated this immediately and found it was a compatibility issue limited to older versions of Safari. We have since released a fix, drastically increasing the app's performance on affected browsers. For the best experience, we always recommend using the latest version of your browser.

Sadly the app is not working at all. There's just a grey screen. I don't know where to contact the support either. I would suggest also that they offer 3-7 days trial. I liked the idea, but can't use it.
