TrustedSite ‑ Trust Badges

After doing some research on and searching for a company that had an umbrella policy of everything in one, I found TrustedSite. I contacted their support team in regards to adding trust badges and certificates to my shopify store and Jay responded back to my inquiry. He provided excellent service that surpassed expectations and was knowledgeable on what needed done.

Despite a rough start, and a bit of confusion and need for customer support to correct some issues out of my control, I am pleased with the product.

I have ALWAYS used the McAfee mark on any store I have created, and although it will not "magically" bring traffic to your store, it WILL give those customers that come the assurance that it is a 'legitimate' site.

In other words, if you expect the McAfee mark to increase sales, it is doubtful that it will do so. If you expect the McAfee mark to give peace of mind to potential customers... well, that is right up their alley.

This app was quite easy to set up, and I like how it promotes a sense of trust with my visitors. I've got 3 Shopify stores, and they all have the McAfee app installed. Definitely recommended!

Just a superb app. Alert customers that they have entered a secure site - A huge factor for conversion. Any one who operate an eCommerce store should use at least the free version of this app.
