I have interacted with the Mechanic team on a couple of occasions for support, and I have found them to be helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. There's a huge community around utilizing Mechanic - and the library of tasks is incredible.

All in all, an outstanding product, maintained by committed people, built for the Shopify community.

Simply the best app of its kind we have found. There are 300+ premade templates which cover a ton of what you may need to do, and a community to write custom ones for you if you cannot code yourself (Like us) Highly recommended.

Isaac and his team at Mechanic are by far some of the most helpful, talented, and dedicated support teams and app developers I have ever interacted with on Shopify. Isaac's commitment to help me with my automated order fulfilling, .csv export scheduling, and the tasks necessary to make the automations run smoothly together, is something I only hope to encounter again as I navigate the ecommerce world and grow our business. This app can take the place of dozens of other apps as well as solutions that would normally require a custom built app. Can save you literally thousands of dollars. I'm using it to auto-tag customers for various reasons, like on a purchase or on account creation, auto-fulfill digital orders, and writing metafield data to do things like run an online class with our blog and allow students to mark lessons complete, but it can do so much more.

Mechanic helped us automate capturing payments. For internal fulfillment reasons, we needed to turn off auto-capture of payments until the end of each day. Rather than having to go in and manually do it at the end of each day, Mechanic allows us to capture expedited shipments immediately and everything else just before midnight each day.

It solved our problem. I'm looking forward to using it for other tasks too. Isaac was super helpful. He created multiple scripts for our specific needs in about a day.
