Hands down the best app I've used on Shopify. It has drastically increased our team efficiency and has allowed us to automate time-consuming manual tasks. The customer support is also A+. The programmers worked with me to create new tasks and fix any issues that occurred. Normally, this type of support and functionality would cost an arm and a leg. But, the price is reasonable to boot. I would recommend that every store use this app. I'm so happy I found it.
Still 5 Star - Still exceptional! We have been using Mechanic to automatically create elaborate Packing Slip and Order Prep Sheet pdf's every time an order comes in - that are emailed to our shop and auto printed. We also use many of the pre-written tasks on a one off basis to perform miscellaneous tasks - with the ability to customize to our specific needs. Not only is Mechanic an extremely powerful, sophisticated & effective automation tool - the company management continues to do everything right (in a world were so many don't)! Strong documentation, outstanding support - and helpful info can be found throughout their site. Top Notch - 100% Thank-you!
Love that this one app helps add functionality to our store that we'd otherwise have to pay for multiple apps to accomplish. An extensive task library helps to get things started and is a very useful guide and reference. Customer service is helpful and quick to respond. What else could I ask for?
Best documentation and support for any app I use. their model is about helping us co-create the tools we need, which I think is much better than the "black box" some app creators seems to want to create.
Customer service is beyond anything I've ever seen before, amazing! Isaac helped me get started with my first Mechanic task within minutes and I'm hooked. Mechanic is definitely a must-have for developers and merchants.

Isaac from Mechanic has really given us a sublime service. He put together an automatic task tailored to our needs. The app has given our company much more freedom.

I think the price of 29$ per month is a little steep, but I am willing to pay for it, because of the service and freedom it gives us every day.

At first I was a little overwhelmed when confronted with the task to get exactly the automation I need - but then I saw the option to request custom tasks. I did that, and a day or so later, Isaac sent me a note that the job was done and exactly what I needed was in the openly available task list, now. Really cool! Works like a charm.
Best app I use for my store: if you are not a developper, you can use one of the numerous pre-made tasks. Many of them are incredibly useful and fulfill tasks for which you would usually need to pay for a dedicated app => you can save money and stop buying apps for every single feature you need.
I you are a developper, you can do stuff that are so advanced, you can pretty much do almost everything you need.
And also the support is incredible. I have asked for help numerous times because I am a clumsy developper, and I was always assisted with detailed instructions way beyond what you could ask for a support team.
