Conjured Memberships

Did not go smoothly for me setting this app up as my mind was full, Customer service were clear on support and after it was up and running it's been working good.

WHen they asked for email and password to my account I was a bit worried but then they explained to me that they need only access to testing customer account on my website, I provided login information.

Everything is OK, they really did only what I asked for and my issue is solved.

The team is very responsive to customer needs. This level of service you don't normally get. I would definitely recommend them.

I don't write reviews, but I'm making two exceptions. The straight-ahead ease + logic in the installation was a pleasure. Installing the app gave me confidence that Conjured Memberships know what they are doing. Then, creating a membership was incredibly intuitive. After some time, while tweaking, I finally admitted that I needed help. The support I received was brilliant. After answering my initial question, I received suggestions + help beyond what I ever expect these days to improve my store's experience further. Yes—I thoroughly recommend Conjured Memberships. Conjured customer support is awesome! Super quick responses & they are super helpful when making modifications or figuring out how to account for edge cases.

THE GOOD: I went through 6 different membership/subscription apps before finding Conjured and I must say, this is by far the best choice out of them all. The simple to use, yet powerful, dashboard allowed me to create 3 three perfect membership options with varying tiers. I used it for creating a paywall to our digital offerings but I could see it also being a great tool for our physical products in the future. The support and responsiveness from the Conjured team has been amazing and when I had some design customization requests, they were attentive and even followed up with me to make sure I was happy. As someone who rarely ever leaves reviews, I will say that I am impressed and excited to see what else is in store in the future.
THE BAD: I trust this app with my entire business (750+ members) and have nothing negative to say about it.

I really recommend this app. If you're looking for a membership service to implement into your store then this is the app you should use. The benefits are innumerable - setup is easy and configuration is straight forward. For me, the Conjured Memberships support team has provided the best app and design support I have ever experienced.
