This app doesn't work at all. Every step has more and more issues and the integrations are a nightmare. I don't know how anyone could work with this platform.

In the case of Customily integration, merchOne products should be published to your Shopify store through the Customily App. This is why products cannot be published directly from the merchOne interface. We would like to guide you through the product addition process together with a Customily expert. Anfangs schien alles super. Testprodukt bestellt, super verpackt, jedoch hatten wir Fragen zur Produktvariation, woraufhin sich ein Sales Manager sofort bei uns meldete. Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Anfrage sei kein Problem und man hätte das schon öfter gemacht. WIe sich später rausstellte: Eine Lüge. Wir sollen uns auf einer weiteren B2B-Plattform von Picanova anmelden und sobald wir hier im App-Store eine positive Bewertung hinterlassen, würden wir auf der anderen Plattform auch auf einen besseren Rabatt-Status gehoben. Das haben wir erledigt und dann fing eine Ausrede nach der anderen an. Die Produkte wie wir sie benötigen, und was anfangs kein Problem war und angeblich schon gemacht wurde, konnten nun doch nur schwer produziert werden. Wir wurden über Monate hingehalten. Mal mehr mal weniger Kontakt. Die Anfrage war von März, jetzt haben wir Juni!!! Mittlerweile ist es so, dass sich der Sales Manager überhaupt nicht mehr meldet. Wir erreichen ihn weder telefonisch, noch per Mail, noch wird auf unsere zahllosen hinterlassenen Nachrichten auf dem AB reagiert. Über die hier hinterlegte API-Mailadresse kam nur anfangs mal eine Antwort. Später gar keine mehr. Als wir dann über die B2B-Adresse eine Mail schrieben erhielten wir endlich eine Antwort. Jedoch wurde auch in diesen Mails nicht immer auf alles eingegangen und nur zögerlich geantwortet. Auf manche Fragen wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Wir fragten an, ob uns einer weiterer Sales Manager zugeteilt werden kann auf den Verlass ist. Hier kam nur die Antwort: "Leider haben wir keinen anderen Ansprechpartner für Sie." Sehr enttäuschend.
Auf unsere letzte Mailanfrage warten wir nun auch schon wieder eine Woche. In dieser Mail ging es um Rückerstattungen. Wir hatten Holz-Testbestellungen senden lassen, welche super waren. Diese hatten wir dann über Mutter- und Vatertag vertrieben. ALLE Drucke waren verschwommen bei den Kunden angekommen. Angeblich würde uns diese Beträge erstattet werden. Bis heute Fehlanzeige und wie gesagt, keine Antwort mehr des Supports. Wir wissen aktuell einfach überhaupt nicht wo wir dran sind. Von einem anfänglichen WOW, ging es nun zum Ende hin zu einem KOMPLETT LÄCHERLICH. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um und irgendwann ist unsere Geduld zu Ende.

Be aware, they charged my credit card after months because they said that they forgot to charge taxes when I placed the orders. I contacted them and explained that they can’t ask merchants to pay for their mistake. No reply so far

First I must say, I'm not sure the comments here are real. The application has way too many issues. I can't even understand how other people managed to work with it. The mockups it creates are inconsistent and revert the color of your designs! The uploads take forever. The support is not good either. They respond quickly but for most of my requests their response has been "It works fine here". That doesn't solve my issue as a customer! There 1 open request that they're looking into at the moment and I will see how they handle it and based on that I will reconsider trying again. For now, not worth the days spent.

I'm starting to think that the positive reviews here are fake, none of the stores seem to exist or be active any more.

My experience so far is very negative and I'm wondering how other businesses could run using this platform. The mockups generation doesn't work at all, so you'll have to create all the mockups manually yourself.

And depending on what kind of product variants you intend to sell, you'll have to create 2 different products just because the sizes are split in the merchOne platform. So you end up having e.g. one product in 3 sizes and another in 2 further sizes. This makes no sense from a customer perspective.

These are absolute killer criteria with wich I've already lost too much time, and any other provider such as Printful, Printify or Gelato is here much better (despite being more expensive as well).
