I've had to check sessions for some order hickups perhaps 10 times. Out of these, MIDA delivered good recordings 5 times, and the other 5 failed for some reason that required opening a support chat and ticket to the devs. The idea is good, but for some reason it is not that uncommon to see session recordings failing to be played / listed / accessible / shared.
So we basically have it just in case, but don't hold a lot of hope when we want to use it.
Also, you can find yourself watching abandoned carts in one screen, and see 1 abandoned cart in the last week, jump into another screen and find 40 abandoned carts in that same week. Some of these filtered abandoned carts even appear along with their order number.
I see effort behind the app, but it is not consistent nor reliable.
Today we needed to reach out to support, but the bottom icon was not present, not for chat, not for "leave a message" although we have "Priority Support"
