The idea is good, but for some reason it is not that uncommon to see session recordings failing to be played / listed / accessible / shared.
So we basically have it just in case, but don't hold a lot of hope when we want to use it. We've been using this app for well over a year, but as soon as we have time we will switch to Microsoft Clarity, which is free and also records the sessions.
Today we needed to reach out to support, but the bottom icon was not present, not for chat, not for "leave a message" although we have "Priority Support"

it tells me there are errors, and when i do replays, i can't see where the error is happening. i have spent 30 min trying to figure out and I don't have that time.
