MIDA Replay, Heatmap & Insight

MIDA Heatmaps are of great help in watching UX friendliness on a store, it offers more insights in a more compact view than the free Microsoft Clarity tool, which I am using as well. Also, MIDA team is incredibly helpful. I recommend this app very much!

Fantastic app that gives you a fly on the wall view of what your customers can do and find on your website. Gives you a score and suggestions for improvements! It even says if the customer had rage clicks, which unfortunately I realized mine had! I would have never known.

MIDA has been a huge help in protecting our Shopify store from suspicious activity and fake checkouts. Had another app before MIDA but then when I started to search things MIDA ticked all the boxes and from the day I installed it, it started to record everything and give me details of what I needed most. Recommend MIDA for startups and also large retailers.

So far, so Good. As someone who has experience using Lucky Orange, I have to say there is something about this that just feels better with MIDA. I love that they are proactive in helping give advice to improve your store, and they hand out bonuses along the way. With Lucky Orange, it feels like you're on your own.
Their support team is friendly and very responsive.

I generally don't leave reviews but I've been using this app for a while now and I'm actually very impressed. What I really love is that you get 450 free sessions a month which is plenty for my new store. Every time I have had a problem I've reached out via chat and someone has gotten back to me quickly with an answer. You can also connect it to their Fraud app which helps filter out bot traffic. Highly recommend.
