I love this app! Very useful, and the team was friendly and helped me a lot. Thank you, Nguye Minh Dang and Jonas, for your help. Great app and easy to use! I recommend using this one for visitor's recording :)

We were using hot jar but this app is much better. When I had a quesiton about how to figure out how to see the email addresses, Jolie Nguyen was able to help me in a timely manner. There is a lot of potential in this app for improving our stores conversion and seeing how the various customers who are coming to the website are engaging with our content, formatting, offers buttons, videos, information, copy and other things like finding bugs, sticking points, etc. We are gaining more insight into our paid traffic, so it's definitely worth using this technology.

I love this app. It is just what I was looking for and is easy to use. I love that that they started offering new plan options so if your store has a high volume of traffic you are able to record all your visitors. The IP address tracking is an added bonus. I was paying for another app just to get the IP addresses and was able to cancel that app service since this has both recording and IP addresses. Also customer service is so great, June Nguyen has been so helpful with answering any questions I have and when I needed to delete my recording sessions she was so prompt and accommodating.

Easy to install and started watching recording immediately! I used to paid another app for some lucky and orangy to view visitor behavior for an expensive price. I am glad I ran across this app for free atm. Highly recommend this app if you are wanting to view visitor behavior to so you can modify your site cater to their behaviors.

The app is really great. The only thing is the less number of visitors recording. When selling in Europe the recording doesn’t last a day. Even if you pay you have to take the highest plan at the beginning. For testing purpose not that great.

Great app! The recording feature helps us a lot, we can watch and analyze what happens when a customer visits our site, and decide which parts to improve. Besides, the assistance response is quite fast.
