This is our second time working with MigrationPro, and our experience has been phenomenal. We highly recommend MigrationPro to anyone who is looking to migrate their stores to Shopify. They not only helped us with migrating our customers and orders, but also went above and beyond to make sure their subscribed statuses were matching with our email lists. Simple way to move across large volumes of data. Be aware that if you do have very large quantities then it will take a very long time to migrate, however Shams and the team were on hand to help us speed this along and the process has been great. Thank you everyone!
We migrated from a Dutch webshop (MyOnlinestore) to Shopify. The API integration with MyOnlinestore did not exist but MigrationPro offered a fair rate to do custom integration. I can tell they understand the Shopify datamodel perfectly, and they are real data monsters - in a very positive way. Initial migration went well, they processed feedback well and always came with answers. If there is any limitation they explain the pros & cons of possible workarounds. After the initial migration, they perform migration updates as well as smart updates to already migrated data. All with all - the collaboration worked well and we are super happy with the end result.
Everything was delivered as expected. Reliable and easy to work with. I would recommend MigrationPro to others.
We migrated around 400 products over from Squarespace to Shopify and it was so easy and efficient thanks to Migration Pro. The follow up service and check ins from Sham were so appreciated and made me feel like they really cared how it went. Would definitely recommend!

Non il classico supporto automatico o lento: qui ho trovato persone competenti, sempre disponibili praticamente h24, che mi hanno aiutato a customizzare ogni dettaglio della migrazione in base alle mie esigenze. Ogni volta che c’era un problema o una richiesta specifica, ricevevo risposte rapide e soluzioni concrete.
Mi hanno seguito passo dopo passo fino a quando tutto non è stato perfetto, e grazie al loro supporto la migrazione è andata senza intoppi.
Davvero raro trovare un livello di assistenza così alto oggi. Grande professionalità, pazienza infinita e supporto tecnico di altissimo livello. Super consigliati.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Migration Pro. We successfully imported over 5,000 products into our store seamlessly, along with all associated data, without any major issues.

Moved from Squarespace - Migration Pro did a thorough job problem solving how to import orders without SKU's. Lamiya handled all my queries promptly and professionally, which made a big difference during the trickier parts of the migration.
If you're switching platforms and dealing with imperfect data (like missing SKUs or Squarespace-specific quirks), their team is patient and effective at finding workable solutions. Highly recommended for anyone who needs more than just a basic automated import.

Great experience with Migrate Pro, we have over 900 SKUs and all were transferred without issue, including orders, reviews and customer data too - we would highly recommend working with them for a smooth migration. Customer service was excellent, and Lamiya in particular was highly effective and responsive in answering queries.
