Had some issues with the offer not showing up on my store, support got on chat immediately and helped resolve. They've built the app keeping in mind to not intrude on user experience which is much better than most upsell apps that we've tried.
The best app ever !!! Customer service was amazing and the app comes with everything i needed. I am super thankful and i appreciate the Monk upsell app team.... You have a customer for life.
The Monk App is easy to navigate. There are helpful guides with screenshots to show each step, and the support team is top-notch! They quickly respond and thoroughly get you the right information or fix any issues! The app displays a seamless gift with purchase selector on the cart page, which looks great on the checkout page. Highly recommend!

Monk upsell seems somewhat broken, the progess bar will sometimes add the free gifts,and sometimes it wont, leading to a huge drop in CVR. This also goes for running other discounts along side it, getting it stuck in an infinite loop.
Hey, looks like the issues you were facing were because the store was using a third-party app for the cart causing cross-app interference between Monk and the other app. Monk is currently compatible only with a theme's native cart or a custom coded cart but not with other cart apps.
The app was great and heavily customizable. There were some things we wanted to do which were a little difficult to figure our initially but when we reached out to their team, they did it for us within minutes. Their support team is one of the best we have ever seen. Very good plugin, fast load speeds and very effective as well. Great work!
