Monk Free Gift+Checkout Upsell

This app is absolutely incredible for adding a free gift to your customers cart! I wanted to utilize the free gift option for the holiday season and I made the right choice by selecting this app! There were a few things I had questions on and couldn’t figure out on my own however the App owner was so incredibly helpful, there was a live chat I was able to get on multiple times to receive help. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced on an app and it also gets the job done perfectly!

Shopify's default free gift promotion capabilities are really lackluster, so what Monk provides in their app is far superior. I had been looking for a while for this type of app, I tried various apps but nothing compares to this one. Very user-friendly and easy to customise, and the free gift merged with my theme perfectly - which is rare. Customer service is very helpful!!

Great app. Great and fast response form support. and the pricing is the fairest i have seen sofar with the apps, especially for startups. all features are free up to 100 orders a month, and even then they are really helpfull and fair. Try it out! super intuitive to build teh funnels. Great job guys

Monk helped us in increasing our AOV by 20-30%. We are using all 3 funnels- upsell, cross-sell and free gift. In particular free gift funnel helped us increasing our AOV with our dead-stock.
