Excellent experience, they helped with a custom contact us page and few other things. Customer support is top notch. I will keep posted as i make this my main customer service ticket support platform.

Support vor allem Mina top, sehr schnell und einfach sehr individuell wie sie auf meine fragen eingegangen ist, top app, sehr schöne kann es sehr empfehlen.
Excellent app, Mina was the best and helped us fix some minor issues, but still, their reactivity, efficiency & empathy were much appreciated!! <3 If you need Helpdesk articles & live chat, you need MooseDesk , and I recommend it especially for their topnotch support that is always there to advise & help you even for customization! Love it so far & we will definetly keep it on our shop!
