So I originally came to this app looking for a good shopify inbox alternative.
At the time they didnt have livechat, but now they do!!
So it is literally perfect, the interface is user friendly and makes managing tickets so much easier.
Perfect app and they are always improving!! They also have such a friendly support team

Great app with great functions. It gives our webshop just the extra we were looking for. Their service is great. I asked them to customize some things and they were very happy to help. We are very happy with the result.

The best application of this style that I've tried, very complete because in addition to having the chat widget, you can incorporate a faq page and a contact page. And best of all, the speed of the support to adapt it to my website! 100% recommendable!

The functionality is very rich and powerful! The technical support is also very quick, almost meeting all my needs. It would be perfect if the templates could be more diverse and allow uploading of custom fonts.
