MRPeasy Manufacturing ERP

We have been using MRP easy for about a year. Like any MRP product it can be a little overwhelming. We are currently using about half of the products capabilities, mostly for inventory control, and batch tracking. We have not found any issues with MRPeasy capabilities are far beyond what we would’ve expected at this price point. We really appreciate low entry cost because we are a small company and most MRP systems have been out of our reach. MRP easy integrates easily with Shopify as a valuable tool for any small manufacturer.

We haven’t used MRP easy customer service very often because the documentation and help section inside the application are very thorough. When we have reached out to customer service, the responses have been prompt.

We spent a lot of time searching for and testing various ERP/MRP solutions to manage our inventory, procurement, costs, and manufacturing flow and found MRPeasy to be the most intuitive and effective solution for planning our production runs, tracking all our consumables, and tracking our costs per batch/item.
We hope that MRPeasy will continue to release updates and enhancements for extended functionality.

This software is incredibly user-friendly, and I have found it perfect for maintaining the accuracy of our BOMs and stock management. Its seamless integration with Shopify makes it an essential tool for my small company. I have used multiple other softwares in the past but this surpasses them and is fantastic value for the price. MRPeasy is one of the best inventory management products out there for the price. Easy to use, we find the accuracy of our BOMs wonderful. It integrates with Shopify and BigCommerce well, and it's an essential element of our company.

I am currently transitioning from Katana to MRPEasy. While there have been a few issues with setup, this is to be expected with a complex ERP system. The support team has been extremely helpful with solving issues I have and am confident I will get everything up and running very soon. The software also seems to be much more powerful than Katana which was missing a lot of features we needed. Thank you for the great support MRPEasy Team!

We have been using MRPEasy for over 2 years now and it is a great ERP system if you are a small manufacturer like us. It has all the functionalities we need to run our production and the purchasing/inventory/sales modules are doing the job we need. The integration with both Xero and Shopify was a key selling point for us.
So yes, very happy so far.

A bit complicated to get set up initially, but does everything I need it to do. Good customer service and good integrations.

This is a great MRP system for small or medium sized businesses that need to keep track of inventory and Production records.

It allows for good customizations, but it is still has some room to grow. The usability and learning curve is lengthy as there is a ton of details on how everything works together that needs to be learned. Even after 6 months I have not been able to use all of the options available and although they have great online resources for learning, a person to chat to would make things much easier.

The hardest thing I have found is that syncing updates from one Tab to the next causes grief. When you switch between tabs you need to make sure to refresh if you made any changes on another tab.

In all it is a great system for the prices point.
