Very helpful app and great & fast support. Only thing that is not ideal for su is that a address update within the shopify-store does not automatically update in the app. So an address-update needs to be manually done also within the app. Otherwise we are really happy!

Great app, makes shipping to the USA a lot easier. The support team is super helpful and quick to respond and help with configuration issues. The support team went above and beyond to make sure we understood how the app works and that everything was setup the way we required. App takes some time to get used to and I would suggest having a meeting with the support team to get settings configured to your liking however, with that being said I 100% would suggest this app to any company doing any international shipping.

Great app, super helpful customer support that went through the app's features with me through a zoom call. I really appreicate how clear the audio from the chat support is. So many times, you know how you're just battling with poor internet connection and crappy audio when dealing with support agents. But PH Multicarrier shipping label was different. You could hear how confident and clear the instructions are given from the chat agent.
Furthermore, after looking around, this is probably one of the cheapest solution out there to connect both DHL and Fedex account to my shopify store to show live rates. Interface is simple, straightforward. I didn't quite understand how to navigate still, but the chat agent really improved the experience so well for me. Thank you team!

Always quick and thorough customer support with an unbeatable value for the money. The app does exactly what it says it will and even has all of the carrier services that we use in Scandinavia. Postnord, DHL, etc. Labels are generated automatically based off of customer order details and is very easy to set up with the help of customer service agents.
It can be a bit overwhelming at first if you try to set it up by yourself, but booking an appointment is really easy and fast so it is not a problem.

The only solution to be using for shipping labels and rates.
For context, I previously had a eCommerce store running on WooCommerce that I was migrating to Shopify, however, I was unsure how to setup shipping with weight & dimensions for DHL Express as I knew if I calculated my shipping costs purely based on weight I would likely make a loss on a significant number of orders.
However, after doing some research I came across the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label app which has been a lifesaver as I am now able to add the weight/dimensions for my products. The UI and settings were very similar to the plugin on WooCommerce that I was using which made setup easy and straightforward. Furthermore, the onboarding/setup team and the support technicians are very helpful and quick to respond.
