This app saves me from handling my orders manually through its automated process. Plus the support is highly efficient in answering and resolving the issues I encountered integrating this app. They are super polite and helpful. Keep up the good work :)

Just started with the App, so far so good. I wasn't confident in my ability to add as I am not technical, but Jon from Tech Support was amazing! I would definitely rec this app, I love it

I tried to set it up on my own first but didn't succed but fortunatly Shashi Kumar from customer service called me and asked if I wanted any help. So professional! I love that support and he helped me get everything right and now it runs very smooth. Love this app!

This app allowed us to start offering multiple shipping options not afforded to us with our previous app. We were able to talk with PH associate during installation and set up which made this process much simpler. Have not used this particular app much yet. But, the PH FedEx app worked flawlessly for us in the past. So, we are confident this one will as well.

Service is incredible. Needed help, so put in a query on the help popup and had someone call right away and help me with shared screen. App looks to have everything I was missing, and remove all the annoyances I had with Shippo

The customer service team was very helpful to walk me through the process. Highly recommend. This was mainly to use the SurePost via UPS account and the Multi Carrier shipping label app will work perfectly for me.
