We have worked with the app long enough to know that if there is something you don't understand or have an issue with the support staff come through every time with the answer. Customer service is a must when you are struggling to make your business happen and this app has one of the best customer service support teams out there. In early 2024 we approached Shopify to create a high-end guitar e-commerce business on a multi-vendor platform. After discovering that Shopify has no native application for multi-vendor platforms, we searched for a 3rd party app that would integrate into Shopify and provide multi-vendor functionality. This app is the most affordable and comprehensive solution we've found to manage our marketplace with Shopify. It has everything we need, except for inventory sync for our sellers, which we hope will be available soon.
