Un support technique au top, disponible et efficace.
L'application me permet de gérer les marques, leurs produits de façon efficace et rapide
App is simple and user friendly. Has a lot of good features for my multi vendor marketplace. Easily syncs with Shopify. Adding additional apps and removing it in backend is a breaze and the associated payments works instantly. Most imp is the renting and selling feature combined for my website which many apps dont give.
Nice app to have for a Multi Vendor Marketplace.
The app is great for a marketplace environment. We have been using it for around 2 years now. Most of the user interface is self explanatory. It gets a bit tricky if you want to integrate this with Shopify. We've had issues with Metafields not synching with Shopify Metafields for at least 6 month. After several back and forward we discovered that the synch fails if a metafield in shopify is assigned to a product category. In order to synch data entered into the Webkul fields to shopify we had to remove al shopify assigned categories. Now a metafield for T-shirt size will also show up for Heating supply products. I hope that Webkul development can take a few moments out of there schedule and ensure full implementation with Shopify Metafields.

We completely understand your concern regarding the metafield synchronization with Shopify. The main issue here is that currently, we do not support custom fields based on taxonomy. The setup you are using relies on Shopify’s taxonomy structure, which is why the synchronization isn’t working as expected.
That said, we’ve noted this as an enhancement request and added it to our to-do list for future development.
In the meantime, we would recommend enabling the Manage Product Taxonomy Category Configuration feature. This will help ensure that once full compatibility with Shopify Metafields is implemented, your products will already have the necessary taxonomy assigned.

Webkulhas everything we need to build and manage our marketplace on Shopify (finally!). We were fully up and running within 24 hours, and the setup process was smooth and intuitive (Thanks Abhisehk). The customer support team was responsive, professional, and very helpful at every step. Excellent experience overall.
***No calendly integration. Stripe integration is complexe/complicated. Dashboard is functional but looks outdated. Now following up with customer support.

At the moment, Calendly integration is not supported, but we do provide our own booking software that allows sellers to manage their appointment bookings effectively.

Webkul has been great for me so far. There are a lot of configurations that can be a lot to process - but I have been able to build my site independently so far without any help from the team until this morning.
Booked a call at my convenience with a team member (Md Akhtar Khan), determined there is one issue to be looked at from their team and had all my other questions addressed, he was very helpful.
Call is overseas, so the sound was a bit difficult to hear at times but overall a positive experience.
I will be switching my membership app over to Webkul soon as its FAR less expensive than the one I use now. There are many additional app add-ons available which I like as they help form my business how I want it to be without any unnecessary stuff!
