The app offers a wide range of features needed to operate a marketplace, and one of its major advantages is that it can also be customized to suit our specific operational needs.
The support team responds quickly to inquiries and has been flexible in handling bug investigations, fixes, and requests for custom development. We especially appreciate the ongoing support they provide whenever issues arise.
We’ve had a really positive experience using this app for our marketplace operations. Recently, we faced an issue with the Google reCAPTCHA site key, and the support team was extremely helpful in resolving it quickly. The response was very fast, and the whole troubleshooting process was smooth and straightforward.
The chat support was also readily available, and we received assistance almost immediately. It’s great to have a responsive support team that genuinely helps when issues come up. Overall, the app has been very helpful for managing our multi-vendor marketplace, and we’re happy to continue using it.
