Lilit was great if it wasn't for her I would have been lost. Its not very user friendly in my opinion as far as the setup, so it is a good thing there live chat agents set it up for you. Lilit was very patient with me and got everything setup to my liking

The app is great, however, I have struggling with some things and the support of the app was just amazing. Borya, was extremely professional and very patient. He did exceptional job. Rupa's support was perfect. We ran into an issue with the install because she couldn't access my domain to add the CNAME for me. She was so patient though and gave me exact instructions on how to do it myself. Thank you, Rupa for being so responsive, patient, and thorough!
