I like the app but doesn’t have more options to customize the translation icon, also the application dashboard Has a lot of details which make me very confused and not fit to the screen size
i have to see how it looks like . so i cant rush to click a star without knowing of how its works please
Great customer service. I am very impressed with the level of communication and customer service provided by Ellen.
I m really pleased with this auto-translation application.
Results are very accurate, even with technical terms and one can even correct himself the few errors.
The team is helpful & competent (thanks Suzan for your patience and explanations !)
If only all applications would be this good AND cheap !
6pm on Saturday. I sent a chat asking GTranslate to install the language switcher on my header menu. I got immediate and very helpful support from Ripa. Great job - thank you.
Only 4 stars because the translation to Thai is not very good. Requires lots of overrides. But otherwise I'm very happy with the app.
I haven't actually used the app yet but it would be nice if we could have a Swiss flag for French and German....
Hi, I have tried many ways to present the widget on my store and I finally found that the "nice dropdown with flagsl" under top right no scroll is the best way for me. If scrolling it affects the view of the store and can be distracted by it, the other ones bottom is cannot be seen right away so customer may opt not to check the webstore. Trial and error depends on your theme. My theme is debut. FYI. I like it so far it can help a lot for other customers who doesn't speak and read in English.
I like this app, is very quick to use and the support is also very kind.

We have been using G Translite for a few weeks now. First of all the support is amazing. The guys and girls from G Translate are very willing to help with solving everything. However for our shop I do not feel this is the best translation app as it is not that compatible with the default language and country settings of shopify itself (it uses another technique). In addition it does not work well with 3rd party apps (e.g. Easy Specification Charts). So in the end we get everything translated but it takes a lot of time and you need a lot of e-mails/chats with the support team to get things solves. Wherever the automatic translation works, the translations itself (from Dutch to English) are good.
App support is very professional. Especially Suzan, she helped us with our tricky setup problem. Maybe the best translator app I´ve ever tried. Still waiting for a miracle, cause there isn´t any app that is able to translate like human :P
