Terrible app. Terrible support. This app can't translate subfolders like /fr/ only sub-domains are allowed... Spend 2 days chatting with support to get this answer...

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.... It screw up my whole store!! I try to figure out what is wrong since then! NO HELP WHAT SO EVER from the service!

I am trying to setup the app, but find it difficult. I dont know if I shall copy and paste the code in the text box or copy and paste {% include 'gtranslate' %} this only.

Horrible support with horrible translations for a paid app ($17.99 a month). I speak 3 languages and my wife 4, none of the languages that we finally!!! got the app to translate were even close to being acceptable. Google translate does better than this. In top of that, you have to go through a lot of work with your DNS settings on the domain side to grant access for this crappy app to work???? In this day and age where most apps are server loaded who thinks it is ok to provide this "service"? Would not recommend.

mauvaise traduction. meme la traductin de mon site en français et mauvaise. ne surtout pas installer car j'ai eu des soucis.

Worst app ever. It literaly screwed my store. When I have uninstalled this app, it's still working..

The widget is obscuring the design of the shop in mobile version and it's impossible to adjust its position.
I spent more than an hour with the support, who failed to come up with solution, hence an hour was wasted.
Glad that I haven't paid for the app with this kind of service ...

I tried this app FREE version and it doesn't work. The translation is completely wrong. SO it's not a free app because it works only if you pay. BYE!
I said FREE version doesn't WORK. A customer can't choose this app because it's free ... it doesn't work. I trust you if a costumer pay it could work.

This is not a seamless Shopify APP.
In Shopify the setup needs to be done on your domain Server side, for each Language you wanna use you need to setup a subdomian.
Sub-directory - e.g. https://....../en/ is not possible for Shopify, for what ever reason.
Support answer
1) not allowed by Shopify (others offer this)
2) is our logic and not work with Shopify ( I gave up to as any further question)

Support was not helpful at all, only argue that is working the way it is and no support offered.

doesn't translate correctly, and impossible to remove the app from our website, even after having deleted the app. Do NOT install it.
