ELLA helped me out very quickly in regards to tweaking my DNS settings. This app is amazing. I think it's considered mandatory for any ecommerce business.

Not very easy to use if you are a total beginner but support chat is always there to help you. I got lucky with Ella and set up the app in about 15 min!

One of best free apps in Shopify. I used for my website kemptstore.com and like it. Good one but choices are a little too basic though.

Doesn't translate cart info either emails. Translation not very good, i got better results directly on google translate. Have to edit every page. Widget doesn't look good (low res) on web site.

I would say that I didn't like the fact the widget is not easy to place on the homepage, unfortunately. Also, I didn't like the fact that I couldn't have the english canadian and french canadian languages. For the overall experience, this app is quite easy to use and to install! This app is amazing! They really help you out greatly without hesitation. I would recommend this app to literally everone that wants a nice, looking shopify store and amazing help in the proces. :)
