We are using Multifeeds app for some time now and I must say it has exceeded our expectations in every way. This app has proven to be an invaluable asset for managing and optimizing our product feeds for Google.
Perfect and friendly support, the team helps whenever needed and the app is very customisable with code.
We had a great experience. The app was super easy to use. Ha helped us set it up, and she was of great help to us.
A brilliant app with the best support we've ever received. We had some complex issues with a third party marketplace for international orders and Woolytech very quickly stepped in and corrected issues preventing us from adjusting currency on google shopping. I couldn't speak of them more highly! If only everyone was on their level! Best in the game.
I added it on 10/17 and after contacting their support. They made everything look great. And all the products are approved in Google merchant center by them (like a magic). But there have been no conversions for 5 days from Google since 10/17.
Although there were conversions before when it was (Google & YouTube) despite the presence of many unapproved products.
So this application is useless.
Thank you for the review and I am sorry for the problem that you have. Having the products approved is only the start of working with Google Shopping. What might have happened is that when the Google & YouTube app was disconnected, it also stopped the running Google Ads campaigns in your Ads accounts, and the traffic stopped with it. If you give our app another shot I am sure we can work it out for you, like we did for many other merchants.
App is easy to use and the support team are more than happy to help resolve any issues. Prompt response to any queries and I've never had an issue go unresolved.
Multifeeds works perfectly to sync our custom shipping rates from Advanced Shipping Rules to Google Merchant Center. We had some tricky setup questions and the support has been exceptional.
Multifeeds is a game-changer for Shopify store owners. The app's powerful features and seamless integration allow effortless multi-channel management, and the support assistance I received was simply outstanding and diligent. One comment I make though, should be to add more examples or rules to create the expressions.
Its user-friendly interface, seamless Shopify integration, and real-time updates simplify Google Shopping listings. The multi-currency and multi-language support is a major plus for my global customers. Add in the superb customer service. Highly recommended!
