Ik word altijd super goed geholpen door de medewerkers van MyParcel. Vandaag hielp Barry van de IT Support mij weer. Ik liep al weken tegen een probleem aan en ik kon het maar niet vinden. Barry wist binnen 5 seconden wat het probleem was. Hij liet mij zien waar ik het probleem kon oplossen en vooral dat vond ik fijn. Uiteindelijk heb ik het zelf opgelost met Barry als assistent:).
Geen contact met een robot, maar gewoon "old school" via de telefoon, met een mens.

Myparcel is gewoon een heel fijn bedrijf met super goede service en support. Ik werk al jaren met myparcel en nu met deze app wordt het allemaal nog makkelijker. Ik ben gebeld en ze hebben me rustig stap voor stap geholpen met het juist instellen van alle settings. 10 sterren!
