Unfortunately, I have found it is not often that when encountering an issue in business, one can have utmost confidence in a supplier to be able to provide immediate fixes.
I have found this with Australia Post MyPost Business.
Whenever I use the chat feature, there is always someone there to help me. Being able to resolve issues in a timely manner has been crucial in allowing me to spend time on other things.
Am very grateful to Nathan and the team and highly recommend this app.

We are really impressed with this app, it has definitely streamlined our postage workflow. It just works.

As for the label position on A4 label sheets, we have been asking Australia Post to make that possible for man years.
Currently though, they don't provide partners like us any way of selecting a starting label position in order to save paper etc.
Perhaps looking at an A6 label printer might be an alternative?

Just constant issues with adding extra cover. Was told to alter the amounts on the list of products but then it still just gives me Mypost rates and not Eparcel rates. Really annoying having to contact them to fix this issue constantly!
