I wish i knew about this app earlier! I found this app through a friend and It has helped saved us quite a bit of money right from the start. The team was great and accommodating to install the app on all of our stores and supported it throughout multiple themes.
If we ever had a bug or problem, they would be right on top of it and take care of things. They went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful for this wonderful app they have created! Thank you!
Navidium Shipping Protection has helped ease our customers and our own worries when shipping packages. It's made it easy to file a claim, the interface is simple and straightforward. They are quick to respond to email our team sends which is not always the case with apps!
We used Route and they tried to bully us into staying with them after we changed. Navidium is a much more beneficial solution for us. We process tens of thousands of orders every year but were only getting about 10 claims per year through Route, and they would deny 2-3 of them and piss off the customer! We would end up replacing them at our expense anyway to keep the customer happy. With Navidium, we still get the process automated, but we realize a significant chunk of money above and beyond and replacement costs. Highly recommend.
This is a great app and company, much more honest and supportive than Route. Highly recommend this company rather than Route, we dealt with both.
The concept of this app is great to begin with. We had an issue with this app that prevented mobile checkout. After expressing my concerns and uninstalling the application, a co-founder reached out to me explaining the customer service situation and offering to work us through the issue. We are reinstalling the app and giving it another go. When the owners of something care enough to take ownership of a problem, we are always willing to work through issues.
At first I was skeptical of what Navidium claimed so we gave it a try. I was quickly turned into a believer. Other apps have tried to solicit me since and their pricing was really attractive, but now I see exactly why because they stand to collect so much in revenues for their bottom line. Why not let those revenues flow directly to us as the merchant.
I've also been very impressed with their customer service. I had a few small kinks and they helped me to work them out and I now have Navidium on all of my sites and won't look back.
Navidium has been great for us, would definitely recommend. Setup was quick and painless, the platform provides the data we need to see as merchants, and they've been so responsive to our requests. Great app!!
Great product, works exactly how it's described. This allows us to give our customer a great experience from end to end.
So much better than money-hungry R#@te who denied any revenue sharing when we threatened to leave because so many competitors were offering it. We wanted to support a local brand, but it was clear that they did not want to work with us and keep us as a customer. It was all about making money for them and in the end, they lost out because we left. We didn't even switch to a new provider for the past 6 months. That's how pissed we were.
Navidium puts you in the driver's seat and was installed by the team in 24 hours. The next order we had, the customer added Navdium to the cart!
Make the switch. Don't be stupid!
This app has been fantastic. One $50K in pure profit since implementing this year. Side note, customer service has been amazing too.
