Navidium Shipping Protection

Navidium is a game-changer!! After paying Route hundreds of dollars each week and not seeing any of that money ourselves, we switched to Navidium, which allows us to keep any money that isn't used to replace or refund orders. Navidium should be an absolute no-brainer for anyone that runs a business and takes care of their customers. The app was very easy to install and the icons and shipping protection wording are very easy to change to make it your own protection plan. Customer service is lightning fast and has answered every question I've had so far almost immediately. I HIGHLY recommend at least doing the free trial for Navidium. You'll be so impressed, there will be no reason to not become a lifetime customer. Thanks Navidium for making such an awesome app to help us take care of our customers!

AMAZING!!!!!!!! Best decision I ever made for my company! We switched over from RO*TE and will never look back. Just wanted to share that I use Navidium on our brand and literally 90% of all orders pay for this shipping insurance. I’ve had two customers ask me to cancel it because “they didn’t notice it”, but that’s pretty much it. AWESOME FREE money, if you ask me. and so far? No insurance paid out. it's also easy for customer to toggle "no" to this shipping insurance, so we haven't had any customer complain about this service. it's truly easy for customer to toggle "off" at checkout. We use 3% (you can make it whatever number you think makes sense for your business), and that seems to be the magic number. THIS APP IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wonderful app! Super easy set up. Marc was wonderful. We're now capturing revenue to offset the costs that we eat when handling returns and damages ourselves that insurance doesn't cover.

Great app! but it's screwing with our pixel by Duping conversions! Waiting to hear from the dev with a fix. Make sure you check your events to make sure this is not happening to you if you're advertising on FB.

2/21/23 Update: Ok so after a few weeks of digging under the hood of our Pixel set up with CAPI we noticed after doing some research that: You should NOT have the FB Pixel both on the Preference page under online store set up as this creates the duplication of conversion events.

Test it out and i suggest adding it to the FAQ on the app so others look into that and see if it helps them if they come across that issue.

Look no further! Our store just need a way to add “shipping insurance” without the bloat of other services. Between this and the other guys, Navidium lets us have full control! Yes, control over what needs insurance and the billed rate and even control over each claim!

Works fantastic! This is the first shipping protection App that I've tried and very happy with the results.

I switched from another Package Insurance app to Navidium. It's a much better alternative, with great transparency, and was exactly what we needed to cover the costs of the ever common stolen, lost or damaged packages.
The support is superb, it's light on the site, and very effective.
