Navidium is an absolute must have for our DTC Shopify store. Expert onboarding and set it and forget it. We have a terrific opt in rate and its great peace of mind for our customers. Don't hesitate...I was afraid to offer this product at first and I have no idea why now.

We are over the moon with Navidium! It is a brilliant app that makes damaged, lost or stolen package claims easy peasy to process while providing extra revenue for our business, instead of taking said revenue from us.

The app is user-friendly and the claims process is intuitive and takes barely a minute to complete.

Before choosing this app we researched other choices and found Navidium's feedback and overall business strategy to be the most beneficial for our business and customers. To date, it has not disappointed but rather, overdelivered.

Well done and bravo for offering an alternative to conventional shipping apps.

This app adds a lot of AOV to our stores and with the help of their amazing developer Joul everything is fixed within minutes!

I love how Navidium lets the merchants provide their own insurance by transferring the shipping warranty money to the merchants instead of keeping it. This pads our bottom line while giving us the control to help our customers if an issue arises. All other apps take all of the revenue or a percentage, so having Navidium is a huge benefit to our business!

Super easy and allows you to customize the name of your shipping protection as well as color and icon. Also love it because it allows us to handle our own claims. With Route, customers would email us first anyway, so it was a hassle directing them to another service. With Navidium we can just handle it.

We love this app! It is exactly what we've been wanting for our store. We've been able to seamlessly help our customers with refunds/returns/replacements. Navidium is a no-brainer. Before switching to Navidium we tried a couple different order protection tools and while they all did the job they were expected to do, the app providers were the ones reaping nearly all the benefit. 99%+ of our customers receive their order without issue, which means our former order protection apps were raking it in from our customers, our site, and our paid efforts. Excellent app, easy installation and quickly added additional revenue to our business. We were getting lots of packages that customers said they didn't receive or were stolen, this helps recoup those losses. It's really a no brainer and after reviewing other shipping insurance apps like shipinsure, route etc, i found this one to be the most straightforward and exactly what we were looking for.

We said BYE to Route months ago and haven't looked back since. Route was not processing claims properly, denying claims that were simple shipping damage leaving us in the end out of pocket. A few friends in business recommended Navidium and it has been amazing and has allowed us to control our own claims and work directly with our customers which has been a win/win. So if you're on the fence of leaving Route (especially after their insane price increase of rates) seriously do it, you won't regret it! I know I sure haven't regretted it :)
