Navidium Shipping Protection

We've been using Navidium for over a year now, and it has truly streamlined our shipping protection process. We are using Navidium since December 2022. The installation had to be done by their support team because it was not that straight forward, particularly because we have a multi currency and multi language store. In the beginning their dashboard was very slow but that has been solved a while ago. Once the installation was sorted and all small glitches were found and corrected the app has been running without any issues. Obviously the people behind it know what they are doing! Their support has always been helpful and fast. So this app we will keep on using, no reason to go anywhere else. Before I forget: a small bonus: I was able to translate the widget with dynamic text translations functionality from the translate app we are using, so the widget shows up in 21 different languages. This is something that does not work always with other apps.

Navidum has been fantastic, their platform is very easy to use and it's a great way to protect both our store and customers from lost parcels or undelivered items. There's a whole suite of tools to take advantage of to also increase upsell opportunities and provide more options for customers.

Navidium has been a game-changer for us! Prior to Navidium, we were using a Shipping Insurance app (y'all know the one) that was not so helpful at all when it came to dealing with lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Navidium has allowed us to personalize the shipping protection experience that has given us (as the company) greater control that in turn impacts our customer's satisfaction and peace of mind. Very grateful!

Navidium has been a complete lifesaver for us after dealing with the problematic Route app. Navidium gives us more flexibility to price our shipping protection and allows us to further elevate of brand's trust with our customers by allowing us to private label the shipping protection with "our" company's name, opposed to marketing another company's name like Route.
