App is pretty robust. It does the job as advertised.
The connection is easy to configure and setting is not difficult.
I would recommend for people who has no heavy tech background.

Took a while to get everything working correctly but it was worth it and the support team set up everything for me - I didnt have to do anything.
We had an issue with deposits not submitting that took several days to fix but the app team stayed on top of the problem and checked in daily until the ticket was resolved.

I have been setting up a very complicated Shopify store for the past several months and the Robust NetSuite Integrator has been so vital in making it all work. The app works well and the team at Robust NetSuite Integrator has been INCREDIBLY helpful over the past few month. They have been able to help me trouble shoot problems that I would never be able to fix on my own. They are always available for a call to answer my questions about set up. Now, my store is very close to launch and my products are syncing between NetSuite and Shopify.

I couldn't recommend Robust Netsuite Integrator enough. We experienced several hurdles connecting Netsuite and Shopify prior to engaging with this app. However, the team behind Robut NetSuite Integrator exceeded our expectations. They are professional, well-knowledged, and very responsive. Since our integration, we have had customizations completed in order to fit our business processes and their team has been there to help every step of the way. Inventory updates, product information, and sales orders are synced instantly - have nothing to fault.

The team at Robust is very responsive and I am a big fan of the UI of their app. The ability to open sales orders in Netsuite directly from Shopify is a very good feature. There is a wide variety of customizations that you can do and the app is very straightforward.
