Pathetic service. Totally courier supportive. They have draconian requirements from sellers. But total blindfold towards couriers services. Sellers have 48 hrs to respond. Couriers are given 2 weeks to reply. I have lost patience with 100s of escalations. This despite using their service for 2+ years and giving them decent revenue for a small organization of our size.
