This is some of the best money we have ever spent. Integrating the app was quick and smooth, the support is fantastic and far superior to the service offered by some of their competitors. Our fraudulent orders have dropped by almost 60% since integrating NoFraud as compared to Signifyd and all orders that are charged-back are quickly reimbursed. If you're accepting credit card payments online, you can’t afford not to get them! NoFraud recently rolled our a service called "Chargeback Management Tool" which we have enrolled, the tool allows us to automate all disputes to be handled by the NoFraud team and free up our team's time in handling more important tasks. Orders are screen and marked Pass / Fail in under 5 minutes. They're even able to protect orders that Shopify might have flagged as potential fraud. Screening orders for fraud verification by analyzing customers' data including name, credit card security info, address of shipping and billing, IP, and more.

I switched to NoFraud from another guaranteed fraud prevention provider. My approval rate improved, pricing was more competitive, NoFraud customer support is superb and the user interface is intuitive and informative. My only regret is that I did not make the change sooner

This app has been such a life saver! We have three different Shopify stores and use this app on all of them. If you are not a fraud expert it can be extremely difficult/time consuming to successfully screen orders and No Fraud takes this burden off our shoulders and gives us a service we can rely on.
