Do not sign up with the app. It is not worth the money. The worst part is that you sign a year contract ( something that I should have looked over more throughly) and they force you to keep the expensive contract even when the services do not help your business and you want to terminate the contract.

Brilliant app. I hesitate to even call it an "app" as it in a full machine learning system which boosts conversions and cart value. It is far more powerful than the competition. On top of their superior technology, the Nosto team is super responsive, intelligent and friendly. At ShopElf, we recommend Nosto to all of our clients.

We launched Nosto to help with conversion and to increase UPT/ATV with the personalized recommendations feature. Setup was a breeze and the team is beyond helpful. Really great product that grows with the business - A great addition to our ecommerce platform! Highly recommend!

Good app - definitely contributes to increased sales. Found some of the analytics hard to find in the dashboard (under 'settings'). Also a bit of work to cut the data to get the exact info we want from it.
Support team are incredibly responsive and really help to push performance.
All in all a very good solution to cross-selling - v. minimal management, just let it run.

We've been using Nosto for over a year now and have it installed on all of our 5 stores. It's a great and relatively easy way to serve product recommendations to customers. The commission-based pricing is fair and ensures you get what you pay for. We've been able to integrate it seamlessly into our theme and support has always been very helpful.

Note that installing Nosto is not just as simple as installing an app to your store. Some coding is required. We have a developer so it wasn't an issue for us, but if you're a "mom and pop" store without in-house web development skills, plan on getting someone to integrate it for you. It won't take long, but it's not something that I would recommend the uninitiated doing on their own.

We recently kicked off Nosto and their customer support on onboarding have been great. We've already seen more conversions coming in and their analytics go much deeper than what we had access to with GA. We can't wait to kick off our automated emails and help automate a lot more of our marketing efforts not to mention help customers find more of what they love since we have so many products to go through!

We've had Nosto for a few months now and it has helped us to achieve things that otherwise wouldn't be possible - like cart overlay recommendations and product bundles. We've had a very helpful integration manager.

Nice App....but very very expensive......i would have continued using this app if the pricing was lower or even a fixed monthly price.....but otherwise I found it very expensive

The team at Nosto has helped me get up and running quickly. I appreciate the support and have had no issues thus far. We just finished our first month with Nosto and have had a positive ROI. We hope to keep improving that return over the coming months. I would recommend to any shop owner looking to simplify the product recommendation process, improve pop up effectiveness, and increase ROAS through FB retargeting.
