This app has been a game changer for our website!!! The video content through Novel allows for our customers to feel closer to our brand and makes our website way more fun and engaging. The team is so easy to work with and helpful!! Couldn't recommend them more!!
Novel has been an extremely valuable addition to our website. Within 24 hours of adding a carousel playlist to our homepage the bounce rate had a 50% decrease, and time spent on page increased by 50%. With content priority shifting from imagery to video this is a solution that is not only effective but easy to maintain for our small team.
