Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Fantastic team at Okendo, wonderful on boarding experience. It would be great if they could add functionality for grouped questions like reviews. Overall we are very satisfied.

We are very satisfied with Okendo and its staff. I have tried a few review Apps and in my opinion, Okendo has by far the best User Experience as well as excellent design.
The pricing is also very good compared to other Apps that only offer review displays on the SERP for < 100 €.

From the beginning the support from Scott and Norma have been outstanding and a great introduction to the app. Easy to set up, I like the additional functionality of the attributes for reviews and the rewards for leaving reviews. Be good if we could change the priority of the rewards. Soon as I set it up reviews started coming in so big thumbs up.

Okendo is really helpful with every question you may have. Great customer service! I'm really happy with our new review capabilities on our Shopify site.
