Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty

Absolutely loving Okendo! We moved over from another platform..and the support was great. Scott helped us the whole way through and did the migration and setup for us and the transition was flawless. So far loving the app and its ease of use! The email templates look great and aren't tacky..highly recommend!

Great app! Okendo has helped us generate thousands of reviews with the attributes required from customers. Very easy to navigate and work in the back end from grouping products, emails, Q+A and more. Okendo syncs into our customer service app also, which is super useful.

Scott and the team at Okendo are very responsive and have helped us through the dev process (and after with fine tunes), to achieve the layout and experience we require. I always recommended Okendo to friends.

Okendo has every feature we have been looking for in a review app at the perfect price. They have a great integration with Klaviyo, which was the tipping point for us. The app is very customizable which made it easy to fit within our Shopify theme. Integration with our email client was also fairly straightforward. Matt gave a great demo and followed-up as I was onboarding and setting up the app. Any questions or issues were quickly and effectively addressed by Matt and Josh (of Customer Support). Really happy with Okendo so far!

Amazing review app. We used to be using Yotpo on a dormant plan, scoped our options and switched over to Okendo. They're amazing value and the app has extensive functionality. We've had several correspondences with Matt and the team about issues which have arisen and invariably received super quick, detailed responses helping us resolve them. Fantastic app and service.
