We are very satisfied with Okendo and its staff. I have tried a few review Apps and in my opinion, Okendo has by far the best User Experience as well as excellent design.
The pricing is also very good compared to other Apps that only offer review displays on the SERP for < 100 €.

We've used a few different review platforms and at a base level they are pretty comparable. However, what stands out for us about Okendo is the high level of customer support and service that has helped us to optimise and make the most out of our customer reviews. Recommended.

Best app ever !
Every think works fine. My clients give me much more reviews. Easy to use. And the best point is, they have an absolute amazing supports who is helping fast and without any headache!

We switched from Yotpo and so far the experience has been great. The reviews just look so much better on our Shop store, and the support has been terrific. Highly recommend.

In particular, I want to thank Laura Gomez for the tremendous amount of help she gave to get our survey started. Great service deserves to be recognized, and so do the people that deliver it.

Easy to use - very intuitive
Chat function is not robot-driven - actual people respond (Nands Fabroa has been very responsive and helpful)
Can retrieve prior reviews from other apps so you don't lose anything. Very happy so far.

Had an issue grouping reviews together based on bundles, but Laura was fantastic and helped walk me through everything. Was able to do exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, Laura!

Great review plugin. Very flexible and customizable. Plug and play. Works out the box. I actually forgot I installed it and I had reviews flowing in. We are all busy, so tech that just works without human assistance is just lovely.
What makes this plugin even better, is the superior support. 7pm after hours I got an instant chat back. Okendo gets my stamp of approval.

Probably the best onboarding experience I had had, ever. Nands was amazing at every step and I really felt like I could ask anything and get a response within a few hours, if every app was this useful and every onboarding this smooth my life would be much easier!

Hands down the best reviews app on shopify right now. Recently they changed their pricing for the better and it's very affordable to start with now as well. If this wasn't enough they have absolutely incredible support & devs that will 100% help you with whatever you need. Keep up the great work Okendo.

Flawless installation and picked up on my theme settings and layout so it blended in beautifully with the rest of the site. Where I got confused about adding star ratings to products in a collection page, Vanessa helped me through it and it was resolved within 10 minutes.
