One of the most useful apps on Shopify. Besides, that has the best customer support I have ever worked with. Thank you, Okendo team!

Absolutely loving Okendo! We moved over from another platform..and the support was great. Scott helped us the whole way through and did the migration and setup for us and the transition was flawless. So far loving the app and its ease of use! The email templates look great and aren't tacky..highly recommend!

Great app, everything is very professional looking, from the review display to the review request emails sent out to customers. The support team is fantastic : Norma and Scott helped me set up the display per my requirements and answers all my queries. This is definitely a great tool if you're looking for a way to add reviews to your store that looks professional. It for sure adds value to the customer's experience and makes your store stand out.

Great app! Okendo has helped us generate thousands of reviews with the attributes required from customers. Very easy to navigate and work in the back end from grouping products, emails, Q+A and more. Okendo syncs into our customer service app also, which is super useful.

Scott and the team at Okendo are very responsive and have helped us through the dev process (and after with fine tunes), to achieve the layout and experience we require. I always recommended Okendo to friends.

We've used a few different review platforms and at a base level they are pretty comparable. However, what stands out for us about Okendo is the high level of customer support and service that has helped us to optimise and make the most out of our customer reviews. Recommended.

We have loved using Okendo so far! Integrating the app into Shopify is simple and easy, and the onboarding team has helped us every step of the way in making sure the setup is just how we want it. The Okendo team even helped us with customizing how the reviews display on our site, and they helped us set up the integration with Klaviyo so we could customize our review emails easily. We couldn't be happier with the quick and responsive support we've received from the Okendo team! 5 stars!

October 2022 - highly recommend this app for any business serious about collecting reviews. the platform allows for a consistent look and feel and has superior functionality to some of the other review apps we have used in the past.

August 2024 Update - we are still with Okendo and love their products! We are using almost every product they have to keep growing our business and staying connected to our customers. 10/10 great platform and their success team always makes sure we have what we need.
